We manage the design process of software, and develop solutions to high level of quality. We use best practice, good requirements principles, and most importantly, engage regularly with the customer with progress reviews, demonstrations, meetings and ask for feedback at all stages.
ISO 9001: 2008
Borwell are now fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008. The borwell team are proud to have passed first time with flying colours. This demonstrates that the Company’s Quality Policy is understood and followed at all levels and by all employees, ensuring that Borwell customers receive quality products and services every time.
Assessment by an external auditor is based on an extensive sample of functions, products, services and processes. After three days and a visit to an installation of one of our large software projects, the lead auditor, found that Borwell complies fully with the rigorous ISO standards.
The underlying Business Management System (BMS) covers everything from staff induction, purchasing, design, project records, software change requests, any many other useful forms, procedures and information, which help save time and make customer projects more efficient.
The accreditation has been provided by AJA Registrars following a thorough review of our procedures, manuals and other system documentation by Phil Brown Consultancy.

We consider an ethical approach important in today's competitive credit hungry society. We are particularly interested in working for businesses and suppliers who are considerate to the environment, people, and trying to improve life or their business. We are not interested in scams or cash-making ventures, gambling, or getting involved in fringe charity projects.
