Making IT walk for you!

A team from borwell walked the length of the Malvern Hills on Saturday 15th May to raise vital funds for St Richard’s Hospice.

The journey of 11 miles was completed as a team building activity by staff of the IT firm based in the Malvern Hills Science Park. Andrea Borwell-Fox said, “It was a great opportunity to get to know one another better.  We worked together as a team to keep each other motivated.  There are wonderful views from the Hills, and it was funny to see an aerial view of our office from the top of the Beacon.”

Joanna Street, Community Fundraising for St Richard’s Hospice said “We are truly grateful for the efforts of the borwell team.  Over 500 people took part on Saturday to walk routes of either 2, 5 or 11 miles.  The weather was perfect and everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves whilst raising funds for us.”

The borwell team raised £500 for the charity - thanks to everyone who supported us by making a donation.
