What do we do? What we do is simple. We capture the current Business Processes, and design a software solution to deliver these online in a 'web app'. What's more, forms and templates are now semi or even fully populated. Our team can even send SMS Text messages and e-mails automatically from the software! |

Give some real examples of benefits? Recently we helped a business automate their Purchase Order Request letter. Prior to our help they were manually creating these in Word. We now fully automate these and email the document as a PDF attachment. This freed up 10% of their Operations Manager's time - half a day a week per week! As we design the project, we find that staff are stimulated and contribute ideas big and small. Along the journey many interesting quirks of the business arise. As the system goes live staff are enthused, involved, and a lot happier as 'something has been done' by the management of the business and the result is a win-win. |
