Examples of Software projects
A sample of some of the projects we've delivered in the previous 12 months include...
- Custom application - typically a database driven application involving designing forms to allow users to perform data-entry, order processing and report generation.
- Document Configurator/Generator - user selects customer and product options, then hits a 'generate' button triggering the application to generate a complex Word or Excel document, populated to a prescribed template
- Data Parsing/Conversion/Import - writing a utility program that converts data from one format into a suitable input or output format for another application or software package
- Web Form based application - a set of online forms that allow the user/customer to enter details about themselves or your products. The data is stored in a database allowing records to be created/modified/deleted.
- Job Tracking system - involves generating a Web Form based project allowing your staff to securely login remotely from a PC or Smart Phone anywhere in the world, to access customer/site/Job details and amend notes and Job status.
- GIS - create a Map-based application that allows you to overlay your data as symbols. We specialise in ArcGIS and MapPoint solutions.
- Mobile application - develop a software package on a Windows Mobile/Pocket PC device. We can integrate with GPS, Laser Measurement Devices, and any other peripheral/telemetry/transducer via BlueTooth or the RS-232 Serial Port interface.
